Requirements

• Enthusiastic & Demonstrate High Energy Throughout the Work Day
• Outgoing & Positive with a Friendly Personality
• Have a Clean & Valid Driver License
• Submit to a Drug Screen & Background Check

Responsibilities

• Assist all customers to experience better as they enter the dealership.
• Establish personal performance goals & devise a strategy to meet them.
• Explain product performance, application & benefits to consumers.
• Learn to overcome objections & perform all steps of the sales process.
• Report to the manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews & analysis.
