Requirements

• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and you are results-driven.
• Enjoy a competitive environment and aren't afraid to "ask for the sale."
• Unique personal brand and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate guests on our proprietary products and sell Wax Passes to ensure they stay on their beauty routine.
• Ensure every guest feels welcomed, valued, and hyped for their service.
• Work in a fast-paced environment where hitting targets is the goal and celebrating wins is the culture.
