About The Position

At Porsche Fremont, the guest experience starts the moment someone arrives. We are looking for a professional, friendly, and service-focused Sales Greeter to welcome guests, create a positive first impression, and help connect each visitor with the right member of our sales team. This role is essential to setting the tone for the customer experience and supporting showroom traffic flow in a polished, organized, and guest-focused environment.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests promptly and professionally as they arrive at the dealership, showroom, or sales lot.
Create a warm, courteous, and helpful first impression that reflects the dealership’s brand and guest experience standards.
Engage guests courteously to understand the purpose of their visit and direct them to the appropriate sales consultant or department.
Notify sales staff of arriving guests and help ensure timely guest assistance.
Assist with managing showroom traffic flow and maintaining awareness of guest wait times.
Support the sales team by helping organize guest handoffs and maintaining an orderly front-of-house experience.
Answer basic dealership questions, including department locations, store hours, and general process-related questions.
Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming reception and showroom entrance area.
Monitor guest activity in the showroom and sales floor to ensure visitors are acknowledged and assisted appropriately.
Assist with light administrative or front desk support as assigned, consistent with business needs.
Demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and strong communication in every guest interaction.
Support dealership events, promotions, and high-traffic sales periods as needed.
