About The Position

This is an in-person role located in Branson, MO at The Lodges at Timber Ridge. The position offers up to a $1K Sign-On Bonus, with $500 paid after 45 days and another $500 paid after six months of employment, subject to additional terms and conditions. The role involves meeting and greeting guests as they arrive for scheduled sales presentations or visiting the sales gallery for general information. Responsibilities include ensuring guest comfort, offering refreshments, assigning guests to Sales Executives, tracking reports regarding line rotation, awarding premiums to guests upon completion of sales presentations, and maintaining cleanliness in common areas. The position also requires reporting accidents and unsafe conditions, following company policies, and maintaining a professional appearance.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Six months of related work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet guests for sales presentations.
  • Ensure guest comfort and offer refreshments.
  • Assign guests to proper Sales Executive.
  • Track and update reports regarding line rotation.
  • Award premiums to guests upon completion of sales presentations.
  • Maintain cleanliness in common areas of the gallery.
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions.
  • Follow company policies and procedures.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
  • Communicate effectively with guests and co-workers.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Comply with quality assurance expectations.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
