About The Position

This is an in-person role located in Branson, MO at The Lodges at Timber Ridge. The position offers up to a $1K Sign-On Bonus, with $500 paid after 45 days and another $500 paid after six months of employment, subject to additional terms and conditions. The role involves meeting and greeting guests as they arrive for scheduled sales presentations or visiting the sales gallery for general information. Responsibilities include ensuring guest comfort, offering refreshments, assigning guests to Sales Executives, tracking reports, awarding premiums to guests, maintaining cleanliness in common areas, and adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Six months of related work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet guests for sales presentations.
  • Ensure guest comfort and offer refreshments.
  • Assign guests to proper Sales Executive.
  • Track and update reports regarding line rotation.
  • Award premiums to guests upon completion of sales presentations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas.
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions.
  • Follow company policies and maintain professional appearance.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
  • Communicate effectively with guests and co-workers.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Comply with quality assurance expectations.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
