About The Position
RC Willey is seeking a personable and customer-focused Sales Associate to assist customers in the Furniture department. In this role, you'll greet customers, assess their needs, and offer tailored recommendations to ensure their expectations are met or exceeded. You'll also follow up with customers through callbacks, client cards, and thank-you notes to ensure satisfaction.
