About The Position

The Sales Force Platform Lead - CDP will be responsible for overseeing the technical strategy, architecture, and operational excellence of PepsiCo's Consumer Data Platform (CDP). This role will ensure the platform is scalable, secure, and optimized to support PepsiCo's data-driven initiatives, enabling seamless integration of consumer, marketing, and operational data. The Platform Lead will collaborate with product owners, engineering teams, data scientists, and business stakeholders to drive innovation and efficiency in the CDP ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in data platform engineering, cloud solutions, or enterprise architecture, including SaaS platforms such as Salesforce Data Cloud.
  • Expertise in Databricks, Azure Data Services (ADF, Synapse, SQL DB), API integrations, and large-scale data platforms.
  • Strong background in data governance, observability, customer data management, and SaaS-based data ecosystems.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the CDP architecture, data pipelines, governance frameworks, and automation strategies.
  • Ensure the platform supports high-volume data ingestion, transformation, and analytics with optimized performance.
  • Oversee the integration of key technologies, including Databricks, Azure Data Services, APIs, and customer data solutions.
  • Partner with Product Owners, Data Engineering, Analytics, and Marketing teams to align CDP (Sales Force Data Cloud) capabilities with business needs.
  • Implement best practices for data privacy, security, and governance, ensuring compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and internal policies.
  • Drive efficiency through automation, monitoring, and proactive issue resolution to maintain a highly available platform.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to evolve the CDP strategy and capabilities.

Benefits

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $89,000 - $149,000.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.
