The Salesforce Data Analyst at Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnologies is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and quality of data within Salesforce, which serves as the primary Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This role involves collaboration with various teams to maintain data integrity, support continuous improvement initiatives, and provide training on data management best practices. The position plays a critical role in commercial analysis and reporting, influencing strategic decision-making across the organization.

  • Ensure data in Salesforce is accurate, complete, and of excellent quality for commercial analysis and reporting.
  • Be responsible for accurate and timely data entries from supporting functions without Salesforce access.
  • Monitor data accuracy and completeness through regular audits and data cleansing activities.
  • Develop and maintain best practices related to data management policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and support to users on data management best practices within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to address data quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct benchmarking activities to ensure best-in-class results for data management.
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business, engineering, or science.
  • Experience with Salesforce or alternative CRM systems, or previous experience in a data entry/management role.
  • Minimum three years of experience in biologics drug development and/or contract manufacturing/testing organization, or equivalent experience.
  • Understanding of the importance of data accuracy and its role in decision-making.
  • Basic understanding of the biopharmaceutical industry with a willingness to learn.
  • Strong analytical thinking qualities and behaviors.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly responsible and reliable.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in project team leadership assignments.
  • Familiarity with data governance practices.
