About The Position

This position involves greeting and welcoming customers, providing world-class customer service, and ensuring a well-stocked and organized sales floor by continuously stocking and rotating merchandise. Team Members are also responsible for maintaining a clean, neat, and safe sales floor. Goodwill Manasota emphasizes creating a positive and fulfilling work environment through training and self-empowerment, offering Full Time Team Members a consistent forty-hour work week.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be willing and able to work days, evenings, and weekends
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Prior experience in a retail environment preferred

- Greet and welcome customers with enthusiasm
