About The Position
As a Sales Floor Department Supervisor at Lowe's, you will be responsible for leading and enabling a team of associates to deliver the best possible customer experience in the store. This includes coaching and training associates, delegating tasks, managing performance, and ensuring adequate department coverage. You will also be involved in customer-facing activities such as greeting customers, clarifying needs, and closing sales, as well as non-customer-facing activities like inventory management and area recovery. Additionally, you will conduct safety walks and report hazards to maintain a safe store environment. The role may require you to open or close the store and serve as manager-on-duty (MOD) as needed.
