Requirements

• Basic math skills and ability to handle transactions accurately.
• Attend daily morning huddles to identify the top priorities for the day.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
• Ability to communicate store processes, policies and pricing to customers (Training provided).
• The ability to manage physical tasks, such as lifting, reaching, standing, bending, and lifting products up to 25 pounds for prolonged periods of time, and staying active throughout your shift.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Be dependable, flexible and treat others with kindness and respect.

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers warmly and assisting them with purchases.
• Effectively operate a cash register and scanner to itemize and total customer’s purchase, collect payment from customers and make change, bag and assist customers with merchandise as necessary.
• Provide product information and resolve customer inquiries professionally.
• Monitor and prevent fraudulent transactions or theft.
• Assist in restocking shelves, bins, and organizing displays to ensure a well-maintained sales floor.
• Maintain a clean workspace, take out trash and follow store cleanliness standards.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Ensure that all merchandise bins are shoppable and free of excessive clutter and trash.
• Management may assign other tasks as needed.
