The Sales/Finance Manager at Skyline Ford is responsible for leading the sales team in Keizer, Oregon, with a focus on both desking and finance. Requirements

• 2 years previous desking or finance experience preferred or a combination of both.
• CRM experience required.
• CUDL/Routeone/Dealertrack experience required.
• Available to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred.
• Eager to learn new product details and improve continuously.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and team members.
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life.
• Assist customers in securing loans and selecting financial products.
• Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority.
• Develop an effective team that meets sales objectives monthly.
• Report directly to the General Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Come to work every day with a positive attitude and a commitment to success.
