This role is remote and can be located anywhere within the continental United States.

  • Drive Customer Impact by anticipating stakeholder needs, actively listening, and delivering insights and recommendations that support data-driven decisions and strengthen business partnerships.
  • Maintain a Growth Mindset by continuously learning, experimenting, and adapting financial strategies to evolving business needs, while embracing cross-functional collaboration and ecosystem thinking.
  • Leverage Technology with Purpose by strategically using digital tools to enhance financial planning, performance analysis, and reporting—ensuring the organization is equipped to solve real-world challenges.
  • Develop, implement, and track KPIs across Sales teams to monitor performance and drive Order Intake growth.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, HQ, and Business PC to align on market trends, customer potential, and performance analysis.
  • Measure success across sales channels, monitor efficiencies, and assess effectiveness through targeted KPI tracking.
  • Develops Order Intake Forecast and tracks Order Intake development.
  • Develops and applies tools to assure Orders are booked in time.
  • Partner with the sales team through the LoA process (T&C's, special price, Financing options).
  • Facilitate process optimization by identifying inefficiencies in CRM workflows and recommend improvements through automation and other measures.
  • Ensure strong data cleanliness & integrity within our CRM systems.
  • 3+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, sales analytics, or a related function.
  • BS/BA degree from accredited university.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Ability to travel occasionally (less than 20%).
  • Strong financial accounting and business acumen skillset.
  • Proven expertise in advanced analytics and financial modeling, with a strong understanding of KPI development and tracking.
  • Advanced knowledge of data modeling and visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, Knime).
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
  • High adaptability to work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, especially in interfacing with sales, strategy, and HQ stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven tools and approaches to support advanced data analysis and decision-making.
  • Excellent problem solving skills with ability to creatively solve challenges independently.

  • The pay range for this position is $89,670 - $153,720 annually with a target incentive of 10% of the base salary.
