The Sales Field Trainer position is responsible for the coordination, set up and delivery of our market driven sales and training product training program. These programs are focused on developing and expanding our Independent Marketing Organization (IMO) partner's agents by opening annuity, life and securities markets, educating agents on new products, sales concepts, and sales process best practices. We want our new agents to have an engaged and informed learning experience. This will be achieved by creating and delivering training programs and workshops in a manner that is interesting and useful to both our employees and clients. To be successful you must have a can-do attitude, think outside the box, be quick on your feet when you are thrown a curve ball and have a strong affinity for creating an excellent customer service experience.
