About The Position

American Cementing is seeking a Sales, Field Representative to support customer relationships and field operations within an assigned area. This role serves as a key connection point between our customers and operations, ensuring alignment, communication, and execution at the field level. This is a field-driven role focused on presence, responsiveness, and supporting both client needs and operational success.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the oilfield services industry; direct cementing experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience in oil & gas services (cementing preferred)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Understanding of field operations and well-site activity
  • Ability to work closely with operations and customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-driven, organized, and responsive in the field
  • Self-motivated, capable of working independently without direct supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Frequent travel to customer sites and field locations.
  • Field visits may include exposure to diesel fumes, airborne particles, loud noise, and potential safety hazards; proper PPE will be provided and required.
  • Must be available to clients during evenings and weekends when on call, unless on approved time off.
  • Must maintain reliable access to email and phone communication at all times.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future employment sponsorship.
  • At this time, we are not considering applicants located outside of the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular onsite visits with current and prospective clients
  • Support account plans and field-driven sales goals
  • Act as a field liaison between customers and operations
  • Provide onsite support for: Spud meetings, Pad moves, Scheduling coordination, Ticket review and signatures
  • Communicate and document client updates and competitor activity (ARMS)
  • Ensure American Cementing standards are understood and followed in the field
  • Review job briefings and ROC drills to confirm alignment with treatment plans and client expectations
  • Help resolve field-level issues quickly and professionally
  • Perform other duties assigned to support operational and organizational goals.
