About The Position

As a Sales Expeditor, Branded, you’ll be at the intersection of customer engagement, sales strategy, and operational execution. You’ll support branded sales accounts, drive retention and growth, and build strong customer relationships while leveraging data and systems to streamline processes and enhance outcomes.

Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
  • High school degree or GED equivalent
  • 1 or more years of sales experience in Oil & Gas, Marketing, Transportation, or Commercial Operations
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Salesforce
  • Willing to travel up to 25% to support direct customer-facing activities

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with customer accounts and prospects.
  • Support branded sales accounts to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency.
  • Drive retention and volume growth through proactive portfolio management.
  • Execute contract renewals and ensure accurate documentation in Salesforce.
  • Coordinate post-contract activities and site setups.
  • Provide ongoing customer support and resolve inquiries promptly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline project planning and execution.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to inform strategy.
  • Represent the organization at trade shows and events to identify opportunities and enhance reputation.
  • Monitor CRM usage and ensure data accuracy.
  • Promote customer-centric solutions and internal collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Participate in performance management and capability development.
