As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in generating business leads both internally and externally. You will develop relationships with existing and prospective customers to uncover new business opportunities for our major revenue channels. Your responsibilities will include identifying and qualifying sales leads, logging updates into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, and scheduling appointments to share industry knowledge and conduct business forecasts. You will leverage the company's value proposition to expand our customer base and drive customer retention and growth through strategic account planning and relationship building. Additionally, you will generate insights using internal and external business intelligence to report on and drive the business, working cross-functionally with Operations, Accounting, and Compliance teams. You will also lead and provide guidance to Business Development Executive trainees, ensuring a clear understanding of the company's goals, policies, and procedures.
