About The Position

Our mission is to apply internet and digital technology to visualize and optimize cross-border supply chain logistics, achieving the same efficiency and convenience as express delivery. We have developed strategic partnerships with leading ocean carriers and logistics service providers, building a robust transport network from China to the world. Our innovative product offerings include First-class FCL, First-class LCL, and First-class Air Freight, enabling online quotation, order, and logistics tracking to create a more efficient and intelligent cross-border supply chain logistics system. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in generating business leads both internally and externally. You will develop relationships with existing and prospective customers to uncover new business opportunities for our major revenue channels. Your responsibilities will include identifying and qualifying sales leads, logging updates into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, and scheduling appointments to share industry knowledge and conduct business forecasts. You will leverage the company's value proposition to expand our customer base and drive customer retention and growth through strategic account planning and relationship building. Additionally, you will generate insights using internal and external business intelligence to report on and drive the business, working cross-functionally with Operations, Accounting, and Compliance teams. You will also lead and provide guidance to Business Development Executive trainees, ensuring a clear understanding of the company's goals, policies, and procedures.
