About the position

The Sales Executive role is essential for driving the company's growth by developing new customer connections and nurturing existing relationships. This position focuses on delivering innovative print solutions and ensuring exceptional customer experiences while facilitating communication between clients and manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Proactively seek and close new sales opportunities through networking and lead generation.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the Vice President of Sales to set and achieve ambitious sales and profitability targets.
  • Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring all job specifications and timelines are met.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the brand.
  • Monitor key sales indicators and adjust strategies to meet or exceed goals.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service, preferably in the print or manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Understanding of printing technologies, processes, or trends is a bonus.
