Definity First is seeking a passionate and driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team, focusing on redefining success in the Microsoft platform space. This role presents a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing company where your contributions will directly impact our success. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our footprint and driving the adoption of Microsoft Platform-related services. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a sales plan aimed at achieving an annual contract sales target of $2.5 million within your first year. In this position, you will engage in targeted prospecting efforts, identifying and qualifying potential clients through personal outreach, networking, and referrals. You will be expected to conduct at least 50 prospecting activities weekly, cultivating a network of contacts within high-potential industries or verticals to drive at least 50% of your sales target through these relationships. You will partner with Definity First specialists to deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of Microsoft platform solutions and services, leading negotiations and closing contracts while collaborating closely with legal and management teams to ensure successful outcomes. Additionally, you will work with our technical and delivery teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation, sharing insights on customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape with our management, operations, and marketing teams. Continuous learning is essential in this role, as you will need to stay current on the latest developments in the Microsoft platform and industry-specific trends.
