About The Position

As a Sales Executive, you will present and promote HGV’s world-class vacation ownership programs to pre-qualified guests and potential owners. This role is ideal for experienced, motivated, ambitious individuals who excel in a high-energy sales setting and consistently deliver results. Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of sales and customer service experience with a proven track record.
  • Flexibility to work a schedule including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to resolve sophisticated customer service issues and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to meet all compensation plan goals.
  • Proficiency in English (reading/writing/speaking).
  • High School diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous sales or marketing experience in a similar luxury goods or services industry is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and engage with them to understand their travel interests, lifestyle, and vacation goals
  • Deliver high-quality presentations of HGV ownership products in a professional, ethical, and customer‑focused manner
  • Provide timely follow-up and ongoing communication to ensure satisfaction and build long-term loyalty
  • Apply Hilton Grand Vacations’ proven sales techniques and best practices
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture rooted in HGV’s core values
  • Attend weekly sales training to support continuous improvement
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership
