About The Position
As a Sales Executive on our Action Line team, you'll engage with qualified guest at our Sales Center, presenting the benefits of HGV ownership in a professional and compelling way. Your role is to build rapport, understand each guest's vacation needs, and deliver tailored solutions that create happy owners. This position is designed for driven sales professionals who thrive in a high-energy environment, are motivated by results, and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences while achieving strong performance goals. Why do Team Members Like Working for us? Pay rate is $16 per hour, plus commission & bonuses governed by a compensation plan. Action Line Sales Executives have targeted annual earnings of $80,000 per year, with some Team Members earning substantially more based on their individual performance.
