Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field OR 1+ year of sales experience (preferably in logistics or transportation).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the perishable supply chain sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carrier partners.
- Collaborate with operations and account management teams to ensure service excellence.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
