About The Position

As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth across North America by prospecting, engaging, and converting new B2B customers. Your focus will be on selling our full suite of Telematics solutions, including GPS Tracking, Asset Tracking, Vision Systems and IoT-enabled features. Working within a dynamic sales environment, you’ll use your sales skills, telephony experience, and product knowledge to engage decision-makers, nurture inbound and outbound leads, and close opportunities that contribute to our ambitious targets. Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a B2B sales environment (desk-based or telesales)
  • Experience in or understanding of Telematics or SaaS-based solutions is preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to close
  • Experience working to individual KPIs and team-based sales targets
  • Computer literate with working knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and a true team player
  • A passion for technology and problem-solving in a fast-paced sales environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in or understanding of Telematics or SaaS-based solutions is preferred
  • Computer literate with working knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and reach out to new business opportunities via phone, email, and digital tools.
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline, taking leads from initial contact through to close.
  • Respond to and convert inbound marketing leads generated by campaigns.
  • Promote cross-selling opportunities across our range of Telematics solutions.
  • Deliver a first-class customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
  • Support the smooth onboarding of new customers, ensuring expectations are aligned and met.
  • Accurately maintain records within Salesforce CRM.
  • Monitor your own performance and KPIs including call volumes, lead conversion, and revenue targets.
  • Support the wider sales team by sharing insights on customer feedback and trends.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to optimize campaign performance.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer success and post-sale satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing learning and development sessions.
  • Contribute ideas for sales improvement and innovation within the team.
