Twenty Four Seven Hotels is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to drive revenue across a portfolio of up to five hotels. This role requires a strategic, market-driven sales leader with proven success in multi-property and multi-brand environments. Requirements

  • Minimum five (5) years of experience as a Sales Manager in select-service and/or full-service hotels, with demonstrated success managing and selling multiple properties simultaneously preferred
  • Experience with premium-branded hotels required; prior experience representing multiple brands, including Marriott and Hilton, strongly preferred
  • Strong leadership presence with a professional and polished image
  • Excellent decision-making ability with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays, as business needs require
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth and profitability across an assigned portfolio of hotels through proactive and strategic sales efforts
  • Actively manage the market by positioning each hotel's features, benefits, and competitive strengths to influence customer buying decisions
  • Prospect, solicit, and negotiate new and existing business through a combination of outside sales calls, networking, referrals, trade shows, and digital communication to increase group and corporate negotiated occupancy
  • Represent multiple hotel properties and brands, balancing priorities to maximize overall portfolio performance
  • Travel as needed to conduct client visits, attend industry events, and generate new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with the General Manager, Regional Director of Sales, and Revenue Manager to align pricing and revenue strategies with market conditions and demand trends
  • Monitor market activity and competitor performance to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly
