Requirements

2+ years of successful B2B sales experience, with a proven track record in staffing, recruiting, or workforce solutions
Experience selling to C-suite and senior decision-makers
Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
Polished communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong time management and multitasking ability in a dynamic environment

Nice To Haves

An existing book of business (a big plus)

Responsibilities

Drive new business through targeted outreach and relationship-building
Sell executive search, direct hire, and staffing services to private and public-sector clients
Make impactful connections via phone, email, and meetings
Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects with timely follow-ups and consistent communication
Serve as a strategic advisor to clients by identifying and delivering talent solutions that align with their business goals
Utilize internal systems to track leads, opportunities, and performance metrics
