The ideal candidate has +5 years in port drayage or Ocean sales with a steamship company or NVO in the Transpac market. Candidate needs to be a persuasive communicator with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of customer needs. This position demands a proactive approach to prospecting and market research, staying ahead of industry trends to effectively target high-potential accounts. The Sales Executive will collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to tailor solutions that address unique client challenges, ensuring satisfaction from the first contact through to post-sale follow-up. Success in this role requires adaptability, a tenacious attitude, and the enthusiasm to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. In addition to the posted base salary, we offer a tiered commission structure with performance-based variable compensation, and we’re open to negotiating the details based on experience and fit.
