About The Position

We are currently adding a Sales Executive to our team at Turenne PharMedCo with our regulatory resource division, The Compliance Store. The Compliance Store is the only comprehensive online regulatory resource designed for the long-term care industry, providing anytime access to updated regulatory and government agency information. The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth through prospecting, lead generation, and closing sales opportunities. This role plays a critical role in acquiring new clients, expanding market presence, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and executive leadership to develop and execute sales strategies, build customer relationships, and drive business results. The Sales Executive position will primarily work from the office located in Montgomery, AL as well as attend tradeshows and conventions on a national level.

  • Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 50 pounds to a minimum height of 5 feet and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet.

  • Must possess and maintain any and all necessary active and unencumbered certifications, degrees, or licenses in the necessary state, to the extent the position requires such certifications, degrees, or licenses.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in prospecting, lead generation, and closing sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in the healthcare compliance, regulatory, or technology industry preferred.
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies, CRM systems, and sales analytics tools.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused with a passion for driving business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  • Identify and qualify new sales leads through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
  • Research target markets, industries, and customer segments to identify potential opportunities for The Compliance Store solutions.
  • Sales Presentations and Consultative Selling:
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and consultations to educate prospects on The Compliance Store offerings and demonstrate value.
  • Understand customer needs, challenges, and pain points to tailor solutions and make recommendations that address their specific requirements.
  • Relationship Building and Account Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients, and key stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support for new clients.
  • Sales Pipeline Management:
  • Manage the sales pipeline, track opportunities, and forecast sales projections using CRM tools and sales analytics.
  • Follow up on leads, nurture relationships, and close sales opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and competitive advantages.
  • Provide feedback and insights to the marketing and product development teams to inform product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
