About The Position

Guardian Tax is hiring Sales Executives to join our growing Irvine office. During tax season, clients reach out daily looking for help with tax debt and IRS issues. In this role, you’ll speak with inbound callers only , explain available solutions, and guide them through next steps using a proven process. This is a phone-based sales position designed for people who are comfortable talking to others, open to coaching, and motivated by performance-based pay. There is no cold calling —every lead is warm and comes from someone who has already requested assistance. Requirements

• Sales professionals who enjoy phone-based work
• Coachable individuals eager to learn and grow
• Motivated, goal-driven team players
• Experience in call centers, inside sales, or phone sales is a plus

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls from clients seeking tax relief
• Ask questions, listen, and explain options clearly
