Requirements
- A positive, people-first attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivation and a desire to grow
- A willingness to obtain your Pennsylvania Property & Casualty License (we'll help you get there)
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with owner-operators, independent drivers, and small trucking companies
- Help clients find the right commercial insurance coverage for their needs
- Grow your own book of business over time
- Stay in touch with clients and manage renewals
- Develop new leads through referrals and networking
- Learn how DOT regulations and insurance requirements work (we'll teach you!)
