About The Position

MediaRadar, now including the data and capabilities of Vivvix, powers the mission-critical marketing and sales decisions that drive competitive advantage. Our competitive advertising intelligence platform enables clients to achieve peak performance with always-on data and insights that span the media, creative, and business strategies of five million brands across 30+ media channels. By bringing the advertising past, present, and future into focus, our clients rapidly act on the competitive moves and emerging advertising trends impacting their business. We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our Mid-Market team—a dedicated hunter who excels at identifying and winning business within high-growth brands and mid-tier agencies. In this role, you won't just manage a territory; you will master it. We are looking for a rising star in the sales world, someone who goes above and beyond to understand the "why" behind every deal. You will be responsible for building a high-impact pipeline from the ground up and delivering the rigorous forecasting accuracy that drives our predictable revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of successful selling experience, with a clear trajectory of upward progression and increasing responsibility.
  • Demonstrated success selling SaaS or data information services, ideally within the Advertising or Media sectors.
  • A proven "Hunter" track record, with the ability to build momentum from a standstill and consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Strong foundational understanding of the sales process, including pipeline management and accurate revenue forecasting.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the poise to engage and influence Director and VP-level stakeholders.
  • A reputation for being hungry—a self-starter who takes the initiative to master the product and the industry to ensure every interaction adds value.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a fast-paced sales environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Industry Fluency: Experience operating within the AdTech, Media, or Advertising sectors is highly preferred. You should understand how brands consume data to drive strategy.
  • The Hunter Mindset: A proven track record of finding and winning new business in a competitive landscape.
  • Ad-Centric Knowledge: Familiarity with the mechanics of the advertising ecosystem, including cross-channel measurement and media buying workflows.
  • Consultative Excellence: The ability to translate complex data sets into actionable narratives that solve specific client challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed annual sales targets through a disciplined, high-activity approach to territory management.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the AdTech and Media landscape, staying ahead of trends to act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert.
  • Prospect and nurture a high-impact pipeline, identifying untapped opportunities within mid-market brands and their agency partners.
  • Build strong professional relationships by partnering with clients to deeply understand their business objectives and competitive pain points.
  • Communicate complex value propositions through tailored, compelling proposals and presentations that resonate with key decision-makers.
  • Drive the full sales lifecycle with precision, from initial outreach and discovery to final contract negotiation and closure.
  • Maintain rigorous forecasting and pipeline hygiene, providing leadership with clear, data-backed insights into your territory’s performance.
  • Go above and beyond the standard sales cycle by identifying emerging category trends and positioning MediaRadar/Vivvix as the essential solution for the future of advertising.
