  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through dedicated outreach, lead generation, and networking.
  • Grow a strong base of recurring clients and nurture relationships month after month.
  • Schedule appointments, present tailored solutions, and negotiate winning deals.
  • Keep your CRM pipeline organized and updated for maximum efficiency.

  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
  • 2–3 years successful B2B sales experience with a true “hunter” mindset and passion for overachievement.
  • Superior communicator, negotiator, and problem solver with meticulous follow-up.
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
  • CRM systems and Microsoft Office skills required.
  • Ready to lift, bend, and walk in the field as needed to succeed.
  • Sales training certification (Sandler, Dale Carnegie, etc.) is a plus.
