As a Client Executive, you will deliver revenue growth through sales of our healthcare technology solutions and services to new customers, in multiple areas within the healthcare technology space including; Health Plans, Health Systems, Pharmacy Benefit Managers, Third Party Administrators & Pharmacy Benefit Administrators, Accountable Care Organizations across the following business lines: Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, Exchange, Drug Discount.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare sales.
  • 5+ years of quota achieving success selling enterprise software and technology.
  • Deep experience and success penetrating National and large Regional Payers in the US.
  • Extensive rolodex and connections in the industry preferred.
  • Relationships with C-Suite in large, key health plans.

Responsibilities

  • Develop business from new prospects with an individual sales quota.
  • Lead full sales cycle and motivate the team across the finish line.
  • Generate sustained pipeline growth in line with profiles defined by subject matter experts.
  • Identify opportunities and leverage subject matter experts to understand synergies between customer needs and SS&C's solutions.
  • Work with subject matter experts to deliver a solution across SS&C's portfolio of capability.
  • Carry out demos, gather customer data, and liaise with internal stakeholders to create presentation decks, materials, proposals, and pricing.
  • Manage relationship between customer and internal stakeholders.
  • Close deals and maintain relationships for growth.
  • Develop revenue growth strategies including campaigns, events, and networking opportunities.
  • Attend industry conferences and events to represent SS&C and develop quality sales leads.
  • Collaborate with SS&C enterprise to identify ways to expand client partnerships across all business segments.
  • Develop contact database, relationship plans, and account development plans.
  • Manage and grow a pipeline of 4-5x to successfully achieve and exceed quota expectations.
