City Wide Facility Solutions is thrilled to invite a dedicated Sales Executive to join our growing team! If you thrive in a fast-paced, B2B environment and excel at forging new business relationships while increasing revenue, we can't wait to connect with you.

  • Manage the entire sales process—from identifying and qualifying leads to closing deals.
  • Hunt for new business! Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and on-site visits.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and opportunities.
  • Run building surveys, present proposals, and close sales by addressing client pain points and overcoming objections.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with property managers, business owners, and industry associations.
  • Perform competitive analysis and maintain knowledge of the facility maintenance industry.
  • Effectively manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools to track and follow up on prospects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
  • Represent City Wide Facility Solutions at networking events, industry conferences, and community engagements.
  • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience in outside sales).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to tailor solutions for client needs.
  • Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to adapt to various work environments (industrial, medical, office, retail, etc.).
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check due to the safety-sensitive nature of this role.
  • Salary $65,000-$70,000
