About The Position

The position involves executing account strategy and sales pursuits for Milestone's IT Managed Services, which include a variety of services such as Managed IT Services, End User IT Services, Asset Lifecycle Management, AV/VC & Event Support, AI & Automation Services, Application Services, ServiceNow Services, Data Center Infrastructure & Operations Services, Cloud and Infrastructure Services, Project-Based IT Services, and Staffing Solutions. The role requires collaboration with the extended Milestone team, including Service Delivery, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and Executive Management, to effectively drive Milestone's solutions in the marketplace. The individual will serve as a trusted advisor and partner to both prospective and existing clients, focusing on penetrating greenfield/new logo accounts. Responsibilities also include building and managing a personal pipeline, driving opportunities to close, and meeting or exceeding sales expectations. The role represents Milestone as the face of the company, showcasing excellence and an innovative spirit, while clearly and confidently communicating Milestone's services and capabilities to business leaders at various levels, including the C-Suite. Additionally, the individual will develop strategies with key stakeholders to address ongoing business, financial, and technical/IT support needs, and govern all aspects of the sales process, demonstrating acumen in cross-functional areas such as IT Operations, Finance, and Contract Law.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful sales performance, with a minimum of half of that experience in managed services.
  • Demonstrated track record of selling managed services to mid-market/large accounts.
  • Strong experience using applications relevant to the role.
  • Understanding of IT services, including service delivery structures, staffing, KPIs/SLAs, ITIL, reporting, and analytics.
  • Strong professional network.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated capability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Recognized success as a top-producing salesperson.
