As the Sales Executive - VIP you will be responsible for educating and selling the Vacation Introductory Program to our guests. What will I be doing? Educate and Sell Vacation Introductory Packages to guests Complete Vacation Program agreements in accordance with the rules Make required presentation to guests Survey toured guests, gathering their thoughts about Hilton VIP products and presentations Meet and maintain metrics for success in this role Ability to resolve sophisticated customer service issues Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment Why Team Members Like Working for us: Outstanding health care options that all team members are eligible for starting day 1 of employment (medical, dental, and vision that encourage preventative care). Qualifications - External What are we looking for? High School Degree/GED or equivalent 5+ years of customer service experience 1-3 years sales experience required (3+ years of sales experience preferred) Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays Active Real Estate license preferred Previous experience in branded vacation ownership preferred The Salary for this role ranges from $75,000-$100,000. Requirements
- High School Degree/GED or equivalent
- 5+ years of customer service experience
- 1-3 years sales experience required (3+ years of sales experience preferred)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Nice To Haves
- Active Real Estate license preferred
- Previous experience in branded vacation ownership preferred
