The Sales Executive Team Leader contributes to the success of the organization and sales distribution site by effectively using sales techniques and processes to convert prospective owners into purchasers and reload existing Owners. This role supports Sales Executives by performing sales closings as part of a Take-Over process or when the Sales Executive is not licensed to perform closings on their own. Key responsibilities include developing relationships with prospective owners through referrals and leads, customizing the sales experience to individual needs, and ensuring accurate and timely completion of all sales contracts and legal documents. Post-sale, the Team Leader maintains customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and foster future business opportunities such as reloads, referrals, and additional sales. Additionally, the position involves mentoring, coaching, and providing regular feedback to Sales Executives, and may include delivering specific training opportunities as directed by sales management.
