About The Position

As a Sales Executive Team Leader, you will assist in providing our Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories, where meaningful moments are made together. You will work in a supportive, friendly, and beautiful work environment, helping to make vacation dreams come true for travelers around the world. A typical day will include answering Owner questions regarding the use of properties and location amenities, making recommendations based on the background information obtained on the Owner through discovery, and following the Consultative Sales Process when presenting to Owners and guests. You will also complete and close the sales contract process by ensuring all required/legal paperwork and documents are signed and notarized. Additionally, you will work with less experienced Sales Executives to improve their sales process, strategy, script, and presentation skills, providing specific training opportunities as required and directed by sales management.

Requirements

  • Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
  • Maintain an active and in good standing professional Real Estate License where mandated by law.
  • One year of related experience.
  • Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.

  • Provide specific training opportunities on a one-to-one basis or in a group setting as required and directed by sales management.
  • Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs.
  • Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
  • Contribute to team goals.
  • Always follow company policies and safety procedures.
