Across 135 acres in Texas Hill Country, Sanctuary is developing a modern village that blends residential homes with meaningful shared spaces: from retreat and wellness centers to cafés, community dining, and curated retail. Each space is designed with purpose: to restore balance, foster connection, and celebrate natural beauty. Our mission is to create environments that feel alive, where people can wake up to clean air and open skies, gather over good food, move their bodies, and experience a deeper connection to themselves and to others. We’re a team spread across 8 countries, building our 1st community in Austin, Texas. This is only the beginning. This role is all about execution: Talking to prospects. Following up. Managing showings. Closing deals.
