About The Position

Our client is a premier global logistics provider specializing in end-to-end supply chain solutions. From international ocean and air freight to domestic drayage, warehousing, and OTR trucking, they empower businesses to navigate the complexities of global trade. As they accelerate our U.S. expansion, they are looking for high-energy Sales Executives to hunt for new opportunities and scale with us.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of proven success in logistics or freight forwarding sales.
• Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge of Ocean/Air freight, U.S. warehousing, drayage, and domestic trucking.
• Technical: Proficiency in ES is strictly required.
• Bilingual Advantage: Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a significant plus.
• Mobility: Ability to perform local travel/field sales within a 30-mile radius (valid driver's license required).
• Profile: Self-motivated "Hunter" mentality with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: Proactively identify and close new accounts for warehousing, port drayage, transloading, and multi-modal freight services (Ocean, Air, FTL/LTL).
• Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term partnerships with importers, exporters, and e-commerce retailers.
• Solution Selling: Diagnose client supply chain pain points and engineer tailored logistics solutions that add value.
• Strategic Proposals: Manage the full sales cycle, including responding to RFQs and preparing competitive proposals for potential and recurring clients.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Operations and Pricing teams to ensure service feasibility, and coordinate with Accounting to oversee proper billing (AR/AP) and account health.
• Market Intelligence: Track industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge in the U.S. market.
