Learn more: atticusadvantage.com Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated, relationship-driven Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will connect with attorneys nationwide, introducing them to Atticus coaching programs and guiding them toward the solutions that best fit their needs. The ideal candidate thrives on building trust, excels in consultative selling, and is energized by outbound prospecting, relationship building, and occasional travel to events.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales, ideally in professional services, coaching, or training.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills with professional audiences.
  • Confidence and persistence in outbound prospecting and follow-up.
  • Highly organized with strong pipeline and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel for select events and client meetings.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Legal industry knowledge or experience a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Build long-term relationships with attorneys and law firm decision-makers.
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to engage potential clients and promote coaching programs and events.
  • Use a consultative sales approach to uncover client needs, present solutions, and guide attorneys through the decision-making process.
  • Promote and attend live and virtual events, workshops, and seminars to generate and nurture leads.
  • Manage your pipeline with accuracy, keeping detailed activity records in the CRM.
  • Travel occasionally for events, client meetings, and industry conferences.
