About The Position

In‑House Sales Executive – Kihei, Hawaii Hilton Grand Vacations Position Summary Hilton Grand Vacations (HGV) is seeking qualified candidates for the position of In‑House Sales Executive to join our Sales team in Kihei, Hawaii. Qualified candidates may be eligible for Relocation Assistance to Honolulu, as well as Day One benefits , Real Estate Licensing reimbursement , and/or Sign‑On bonuses , subject to company policy and eligibility requirements. The In‑House Sales Executive is responsible for presenting Hilton Grand Vacations ownership products and programs to existing Owners and prospective Owners, with the objective of generating maximum net sales volume while maintaining a professional, ethical, and compliant representation of the company. As a Sales Executive In House you would be responsible for: Engage with owners and present luxury Hilton Grand Vacation products, providing them an avenue to build future vacation memories. Promote a positive team environment and implement HGV's core values and policies. Maintain effective communication with clients and provide follow up to ensure customer happiness. Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance Managers to resolve guest related issues as they arise. Attend sales trainings and meetings for key updates on our company products. Generate referral leads with each new customer. Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a guest‑focused, sales‑driven environment.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Hawaii Real Estate License (licensing support available).
  • Prior sales or customer service experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to acquire an active Hawaii Real Estate License.
  • 6months branded timeshare or vacation ownership sales experience
  • Minimum 1 year of sales and customer service experience with proven track record of closing sales.
  • Ability to resolve sophisticated customer service issues and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
  • Proficiency in English (reading/writing/speaking).

Responsibilities

  • Present and sell Hilton Grand Vacations ownership products and programs to current Owners and potential Owners.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships while delivering a consistent, high‑quality sales experience.
  • Achieve individual sales goals in alignment with departmental and company objectives.
  • Ensure full compliance with applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations, including Hawaii real estate licensing requirements.
  • Accurately complete all required sales documentation and adhere to established operational procedures.
  • Participate in required training, development programs, and performance evaluations.
  • Represent Hilton Grand Vacations in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
