About The Position

Nightingale Home Healthcare has been serving patients with compassion and excellence for over 26 years. We’re expanding our team and seeking an experienced Patient Advocate / Home Health Marketer with strong connections in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), hospitals, and physician networks. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in home health, hospice, or healthcare marketing
  • Strong network with discharge planners, case managers, and SNF administrators
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel locally

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Build referral relationships with SNFs, hospitals, and physician offices
  • Increase patient admissions by promoting Nightingale’s home health services
  • Execute strategic outreach plans and track performance metrics
  • Collaborate with management to identify growth opportunities
  • Represent Nightingale at professional and community events
