With a market leading position in the healthcare sector, they provide solutions in areas of disinfection, floor care, building care, hand hygiene, kitchen care and laundry. We are looking for qualified candidates that can help us significantly build our brand and grow our market share in this growing market space. We are hiring a sales executive for the Charlotte/South Carolina territory. Candidates must reside in the greater Charlotte NC area.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 2 years of experience in outside sales required, including B2B and distribution
  • Healthcare sales experience preferred (consumables or capital equipment) with proven record of results
  • Ability to build relationships and identify needs at multiple levels of the user organization
  • Ability to integrate the users’ needs with Diversey’s offering to determine the best solution for the end user
  • Business and finance acumen to negotiate with larger customers, adjust to trends and deliver profitability improvements
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Computer savvy with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, CRM
  • Employee will need to be able to lift approximately 40 lbs and operate required miscellaneous job equipment requirements

Responsibilities

  • Sales Planning - Create a sales plan to retain key end users and profitably grow sales in the assigned territory. This includes identifying top accounts within the territory (including corporate, regional and local accounts) and outlining a clear plan to retain, grow and deliver value to these key customers. Plan inputs should include opportunity list, target account list, key stakeholders within the account(s), account assessments and an outline of a strategy and key activities to retain, gain, and build share, loyalty and satisfaction with these customers.
  • Achieve sales plan - Collaborate with internal resources, customers and distributors to achieve sales goals by leveraging sales plan and joint capabilities to retain and grow the assigned territory.
  • Demonstrate application and sector expertise - Demonstrate understanding of the healthcare sector, customer/stakeholder needs, and Diversey products and programs. Apply this knowledge to identify and present the appropriate solution(s) to key customers. Demonstrate the ability to clearly articulate and demonstrate the value of Diversey products, programs and solutions to end users and distributors.
  • Achieve customer commitment and satisfaction - Effectively use tools including facility assessments and structured trials to gain commitment to solutions and business reviews to demonstrate the value of solutions delivered.
  • Administrative Duties - Complete key administrative tasks including updates to CRM tool, customer support, pricing, budgeting, travel and expenses.
