Requirements

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, and holidays.
  • Communication & partnership skills
  • A sharp professional image with the ambition to make things happen.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous sales and marketing experience in a similar luxury goods or services sector is a plus
  • Experience selling branded Timeshare or Vacation Ownership products is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Present the Hilton Grand Vacations ownership products to our potential owners to generate sales volume and leads while maintaining a professional and ethical representation of the company.
  • Welcome clients and present luxury ownership products to potential buyers
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and provide follow-up to ensure customer happiness by applying diverse forms of communication (ie: email, telephone and written correspondence)
  • Participate in sales trainings and meetings for key information on outstanding HGV products and related updates
  • Apply selling concepts promoted at HGV
  • Generate referral leads with each new customer
  • Promote a positive, collaborative environment and maintain our core values and policies
