About The Position

The Sales Executive is responsible for new business development, account implementation, and maintaining customer relationships within a defined geographic territory. This role involves face-to-face customer contact to achieve sales goals for small to mid-sized customers, leveraging negotiation skills and technology tools to provide value-added solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business-to-business sales.
  • Four years of business-to-business sales experience or two years of the Company's business-to-business sales experience required.
  • Ability to travel overnight as required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business by identifying potential customers and growing revenue.
  • Conduct background research on potential customers and discuss their supply chain with decision makers.
  • Analyze customer needs and develop and implement value-added solutions.
  • Maintain existing business by understanding the customer's business and supply chain through research and interaction.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Negotiate fair, competitive market-based pricing within company parameters.
  • Leverage technology tools such as internal systems and PowerPoint.
