About The Position

As a Sales Executive Trainee, you will assist in providing our Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories, where meaningful moments are made together. A typical day will include answering Owner questions regarding the use of properties and location amenities, making recommendations based on background information obtained on the owner through discovery, following up on referrals/leads from Owners, fulfilling requests from Owners or prospects regarding pricing, property maps, property descriptions, room locations, and portfolio/network information, and contacting Owners to monitor satisfaction, make them aware of upcoming promotions, and develop business opportunities. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining records on customer contacts to support effective follow-up opportunities.

Requirements

  • Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
  • Maintain an active and in good standing professional Real Estate License where mandated by law.
  • One year of related experience is preferred.
  • Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.

Responsibilities
