About The Position

As a Sales Executive Trainee, you will assist in providing our Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories, where meaningful moments are made together. A typical day will include answering Owner questions regarding the use of properties and location amenities, making recommendations based on the background information obtained on the owner through discovery, and following up on referrals/leads from Owners. You will also fulfill requests from Owners or prospects regarding pricing, property maps, property descriptions, room locations, and portfolio/network information. Additionally, you will contact Owners to monitor satisfaction, make them aware of upcoming promotions, and develop business opportunities. The role requires welcoming and greeting all guests, anticipating and addressing their needs, and contributing to team goals while always following company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements

  • Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
  • Maintain an active and in good standing professional Real Estate License where mandated by law.
  • One-year related experience is preferred.
  • Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
