This role provides an opportunity to join Hexion as a Commercial Sales Intern, focusing on bringing our innovative, high-quality products to our customers. The key focus of this role is to provide varying levels of support and analytics to the Commercial team across a variety of global projects and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with teams effectively
  • Highly motivated and proactive, with a strong desire to learn and succeed in a sales-driven environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability

Responsibilities

  • Support for a wide variety of global projects and initiatives that will include data analysis, communication projects and gathering field insights from our field-based teams
  • Actively participate in team brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas
  • Assist the sales team in organizing and prioritizing project work related to implementation of sales tools
  • Aid in the analysis of data for development of strategic growth initiatives
  • Attend business meetings and training sessions to learn about our products/services and sales techniques
  • Collaborate on the development and execution of sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Support global projects through data analysis, communications, and field insights
  • Assist sales team with organizing and prioritizing sales tool implementation
  • Analyze data to inform strategic growth initiatives
  • Attend meetings and training to learn products and sales techniques
  • Collaborate on AI-driven productivity solutions for commercial teams
  • Support training and communication on sales best practices
