If you're energetic, sales-minded, and love the idea of working events while serving up delicious Bundt cakes with serious passion – keep reading, friend. You will be reppin’ the brand at local events, markets, and pop-ups like a cake-selling superstar. This position is about bringing BIG energy and a sales-driven approach to every conversation, making people fall in love with our cakes, and ensuring that every event is a success.

Requirements

• Sales-savvy with actual experience in sales or retail
• Naturally outgoing and full of positive energy
• Driven and motivated to achieve sales goals
• Willing to work weekends
• Comfortable traveling between Cherokee and Cobb
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift event supplies and set up tents

Responsibilities

• Reppin’ the brand at local events, markets, and pop-ups
• Setting up and breaking down event setups including tables, signage, tents, and cake displays
• Managing event activities and keeping track of cake pars
• Bringing energy and a sales-driven approach to conversations
• Upselling products and closing sales
• Standing, walking, and moving during events
