We're looking for a Sales Events Program Manager to drive high-impact internal events for HubSpot’s Global Sales Team. This is a new role, designed to help us transform our approach to event execution and create remarkable experiences for our hybrid team to come together in person. In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end management of major in-person sales events, reporting to the Sales Chief of Staff. You’ll be responsible for managing a budget and building scalable processes that maximize impact while driving efficiency. We're looking for someone who thrives in a high-autonomy environment, excels at managing vendor partnerships, and can seamlessly navigate stakeholder relationships across all levels of the organization.
